Do you have a showroom and where is it located?
We do have a comprehensive showroom. We carry a complete range of sample from all the leading material manufacturers/suppiers. Feel free to spend time browsing through our fabric library. Click on the "Contact Us" tab or the "Map" tab for our adress details

Do you require a deposit if I place an order?
We do require a 50% deposit, the balance must be paid upon completion of the order. The balance must be paid before collection or delivery.

Is there a delivery Charge?
We do not normally charge for delivery if you are a direct customer of Interior - Motives. Locations outside of a resonable distance (> 50km) may result in a delivery charge.

What do you manufacture?
We manufacture upholstered goods including sofas, daybeds, dining chairs, armchairs, ottomans and  headboards etc. as well as a variety of custom soft furnishings.

What method or payment is available to the customer?
We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, EFT and cash. Cheques are subject to the normal bank clearance requirements, delivery of goods will not take place subject to the clearance.
 
Is there a guarentee on the product and the workmanship?
Yes! we guarentee all our workmanship products by offering a 10year guarentee on our frames, 2 years on webbing, stiching, foam and fibre filling. The guarentee only covers a flaw in our workmansip and does not cover customer abuse or breakage on your part. We do require proof of purchase for the terms of the guarentee policy to come into effect.

Can I cancell my order?
We cannot accept any cancellation on "Made to Order" sofas, chairs etc. goods can only be cancelled if we have not commenced with production. Cancelling an order on imported goods or decor items will be in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

How do I wash/clean my fabric slip cover sofa?
Machine wash in a gentle cycle in lukewarm water, never hotter than 30degC, or hand wash using a mild soap powder that does not contain harmful bleaching agents. Alternatively you can have it professionally cleaned. Do not tumble dry or hang the covers on the wash line. Reapply the cover to the sofa slighly damp and hand smooth the creases on the covers. Let the cover dry naturally and never expose to direct sunlight.
